Aims to mobilize communities and create social change by empowering and engaging individuals in collective action and presents two categories. The goal of movement building is to create a sustained and broad-based social movement that can advocate for community development, policy change, raise awareness, and promote social justice. Movement building will be done through: establishment of functional community  GBV/SRH Referral Networks that provide survivor centered services to IPV survivors, category;

(i) Strengthening Community Social Protection by mobilizing individual IPV survivors into community support groups that promote justice, safety and promotion of safe informal shelters for IPV survivors and category

(ii)Work with young people; we will have in place specific activities that interest young people to take activism in prevention of IPV and advocacy to take forward young people agendas in Uganda.
